These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TG Coaching’s services, programs, and website. By purchasing or participating in our coaching, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Access & Usage

Purchased programs are for your personal use only. Sharing or reselling is prohibited.
You are responsible for attending scheduled calls, check-ins, completing assigned workouts, and following the assigned diet. We will send reminders, but attendance is your responsibility.

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

TG Coaching is not a medical organization. We do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
All exercise and nutrition recommendations are provided for general informational purposes and must be adapted to your individual health status.
By participating, you confirm you have been cleared by a medical professional for physical activity.

3. Results Disclaimer

Results vary depending on individual factors such as effort, genetics, and adherence. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment schedule before starting the program.
All sales are final. By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that our time, expertise, and resources are allocated immediately upon payment, including initial program planning, setup, and reserving your coaching spot.
Any payment disputes or chargebacks will be contested with proof of agreed terms, service allocation, and communication records.

5. Delaying Program Start

If you communicate at the time of signing that you need to delay your program start date, we will honor the delay and begin at the agreed future date.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and programs provided by TG Coaching remain our property. You may not distribute or reproduce them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TG Coaching and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California, United States.
